Add notes to a diagram

 
  

About this task

Notes are always active and are not restricted to the active network.

Procedure

  1. Drag the note from the Palettes pane to the diagram.
    The Note dialog is displayed if the Display Properties Dialog? checkbox is enabled in the Options dialog.
  2. If the Note dialog is not displayed, double-click the Note icon.
  3. Enter content for the note.
  4. Select to display the Note Text or Icon.
  5. Click OK.
