Rename a folder

 
  

Before you begin

You must have the correct user permissions to rename a folder.

Procedure

  1. On the Diagrams pane, right-click a folder under Local or Shared and select Rename.
  2. Type the new folder name.

Results

Note: You cannot rename a folder if:
  • a wireless diagram in the folder is open.
  • you specify a blank name.
  • the new folder name has invalid characters ( \ / : * ? " < > | ).
