Set the plot plan of a diagram

 
  

Set the background image on which you place wireless devices. Images in .JPG or .BMP formats are supported.

Procedure

  1. With a diagram open, click Set Plot Plan on the Settings tab.
  2. Browse to the location of a supported drawing type, and click Open.
    The plot plan opens as a background to the diagram.
  3. Click Yes if you want to define the scale for your plot plan.
  4. Alternately, you can also set the plot plan when creating a new diagram. The Select Plot Plan dialog lets you select an installed plot plan, a blank plot plan, or your own file.

Results

Note: For best performance, limit the size of the image to 2000 x 2000 pixels.
