Group row values

 
  

Organize the report by a column's data.

Procedure

  1. Select the column whose row values you want to group.
  2. Drag the column up to the area above the headings and drop it.
    The row values for that column are ordered by value.

Results

Click the plus sign to display all the rows containing that value.
Note: To ungroup the row values, drag the column header and drop it.
