When you click Get Updates, Upgrade Studio displays all available new or updated device descriptions, applications, firmware, or operating systems for the Trex units that you connected to Upgrade Studio on that PC. (If you do not see updates for the Trex unit, no updates may be available. Also, ensure you have connected the Trex unit to Upgrade Studio on that PC).
The updates are applicable for specific Trex units based on their serial numbers and the licenses/purchased options for each Trex unit. You can download one or more of these updates at a time. The updates are downloaded to Upgrade Studio, not directly to the connected Trex unit.
If you purchased a new application, wait for the notification that the application is ready to download. The processing time may vary.
